Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in creating and packaging each order. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

To report an issue, please email us at contact@beadsbymemke.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
